Terms and Conditions — PK888 Game Platform Rules & Policy

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use PK888 Game, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of PK888 Game or any of its technology or game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid contact method.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PK888 Game platform.

PK888 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if there is any reason to verify the details on your account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restriction until verification is complete.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Rules & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the PK888 Game platform. Operating multiple accounts — including using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses or payment methods to create additional registrations — is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be closed, balances will be forfeited and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. PK888 Game will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

PK888 Game cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified. Contact information such as email address and phone number may be updated by contacting the support team with appropriate verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PK888 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available payment methods are shown in your account at the time of transaction.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus balance. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. VIP Programme Terms

The PK888 Game VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic — all registered players start at Bronze and progress by accumulating points earned on qualifying real-money wagers.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Wagers placed using active bonus funds do not contribute to point accumulation.
• Tier upgrades take effect automatically when the required points threshold is reached.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses during the preceding week and credited every Monday as real-balance funds in PKR.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme carries no additional wagering requirement and is withdrawable as real balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

7. Responsible Gaming

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The account appears to belong to or is being used by a minor.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified.
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds, VIP points and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not the subject of a fraud or breach investigation will be returned to the original payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be paid out subject to standard verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability
